After more than 14 years in recruitment, our founder, Sarah Williams, had developed a clear belief about what makes great hiring happen. It's not about the number of CVs submitted, the volume of calls made or how quickly a vacancy can be ticked off a list. It's about understanding businesses, recognising potential and bringing the right people together.
That belief became the foundation of our business. Having spent over a decade partnering with ambitious businesses and global technology organisations, Sarah recognised an opportunity to create something different. A boutique technology talent partner that prioritises relationships over transactions, quality over quantity and long-term value over short-term wins.
